As a therapist, I use a transparent, straightforward approach that focuses on using your strengths to get through obstacles. You will be met with warmth and understanding. I offer depth-oriented methods that help you get to the core of your struggle. Counseling at its best will help build awareness, renew trust in yourself, work through indecision, break patterns that are not serving you, bring unconscious motivations to light, and find momentum. I am grateful to be a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I received my master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in couples and family therapy. In my 10 years of experience in the counseling field, I have worked in residential treatment centers, problem-solving courts, group practices, and in private practice. Currently, I am fortunate to be helping individuals, adolescents, and couples find fulfillment and meaning in their lives. I have been engaging with a few specialties as well: EMDR, Gottman Couples Counseling, and Addictions Counseling. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
