Psychotherapist
NC
I am a compassionate and experienced therapist who believes in the transformative power of therapy. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Carlow University and have extensive training in Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care (TIC). I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. Understanding that no two individuals are alike, I use an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating various modalities to empower clients to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful change. Whether addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I am committed to helping clients build on their strengths and develop the skills needed for personal growth. I believe that therapy is not just about addressing problems-it's about fostering growth and transformation. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly, knowing they are supported and understood. The therapeutic alliance is at the heart of my work, recognizing that a strong, trusting relationship between therapist and client is crucial for healing and change. With me, clients are guided on a journey of self-discovery, equipped with practical tools and insights to navigate life's challenges. Through collaboration and empowerment, I help clients move toward a future of resilience, fulfillment, and well-being.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
