My name is Heather, and I have worked in various clinical settings for the last 20 years. I specialize in helping children and families through life challenges. Together, we can pause, reflect on what has happened, and focus on where you want to be. I provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. My primary approaches are solution-based and cognitive behavioral therapy. We will work together in a safe and supportive environment to reach your goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University. I provide psychotherapy with compassion and dedication.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our sessions we will check in on the previous week. Then we will discuss where you are in the process of next steps in reaching your goal. At the end of our session we will plan for the week ahead and what your focus will be.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
