My name is Heidi Schreck, and I would be honored to work with you. Let's explore patterns and draw connections between thoughts, behaviors, and past experiences, as well as gain insight and identify solutions and coping skills that work for you. My counseling style is collaborative, empathic, eclectic, and compassion-based. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Being human is hard! I believe therapy is for everyone. Therapy is a healthy and confidential outlet for expression of emotions, skill building, self-care planning, and goal manifesting. It takes courage to create change. I am here to listen, support, and empower you.
