I believe resilience is the heart of healing and personal growth. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but within each individual lies the strength to adapt, recover, and thrive. I support individuals as they navigate the challenges and changes of life. My approach My approach is centered on helping clients build resilience by being alongside them through difficulties with compassion, evidence-based techniques, and a deep understanding of their unique experience. My focus Experiencing life transitions, stress, or overwhelm at work or in your relationships? I work with adults moving through life transitions, career burnout, and changing relationships. I support adults to improve emotional regulation, coping skills, heal, and flourish. My communication style I prioritize clear and open communication so that clients know what to expect from me and so that clients can feel comfortable expressing what they need from sessions. My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist because I enjoyed being with people on the journey as they grow, make changes, and evolve. And over the years, I have learned so much about myself as I have done this work. It is a joy to be a part of clients' work to uncover new parts of themselves and to move towards the best version of themselves. My goals for you I provide compassionate care for clients who are hoping to grow, heal, and build resilience. Together, we will set goals that matter to you. I explore with clients where they want to work, which might include focusing on mindfulness, symptom reduction, exploring past hurts, or improving current relationships. My first session with you In the first session, I am hoping to get to know you more. Together, we will set goals that matter to you. We will explore where you want to focus our attention in future sessions.
