In 2020, Heidi focused primarily on addiction therapy, driven by personal motivation. Her younger brother tragically lost his life to an overdose after a prolonged struggle with substance abuse. This profound experience has given Heidi extraordinary understanding and compassion for those battling addiction and mental health challenges. She also empathizes with and guides their loved ones. Heidi’s dedication and deep understanding of the human psyche make her an invaluable team member.
