I graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Cat?lica de Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2006 and earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix, Puerto Rico, in 2014. Since then, I've worked with diverse populations including homeless individuals, sex offenders, Central American immigrants, children, teenagers, and youth aged 0-17. My experience spans non-profit organizations, private practice, and emergency management settings. I am passionate about helping clients identify their inner potential, heal, and work through their traumas. I hope this brief bio inspires you to explore tele-counseling with a fresh perspective. My approach I use a blend of Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative, existential, solution-focused, and client-centered therapy.
