Hema Naraharisetty, LCSW

Psychotherapist
MA
Hi there, I'm Hema! I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from Salem State University. I have 10 years of experience helping clients struggling in toxic relationships, early attachment wounds and abandonment, polyamorous relationships, navigating life after a late diagnosis of autism in women, and childhood trauma. Spiritual guidance is my passion. My approach I am trained in EMDR, BSP (Brainspotting), IFS, SE (Somatic Experiencing), The Sedona Method, Theta Healing, Tantra, Family Constellations, NLP, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Shamanism, mindfulness, Eastern nondual philosophy, EFT, and past life regression. I believe that no one modality is better than another; I tailor treatment based on each client's needs. My focus I like to work with adult individuals and couples. Drawing from my own personal experiences and training, I would love to work with late-diagnosed autistic women, individuals struggling in repeated narcissistic and toxic relationships who want to break this cycle, early childhood attachment wounds, abandonment, childhood abuse, and CPTSD. I also love to work with and affirm nontraditional relationships such as polyamory and open marriages. My communication style Providing a safe place to discuss your struggles and challenges is my priority. Having various experiences with life, I operate from a nonjudgmental and curious standpoint. I use my expertise and knowledge in biology, psychology, trauma-focused theories, and Eastern philosophy to help you evolve in mind-body, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
