Getting to know Holly Garmon

Are you feeling "stuck" in your current life situation? Have you recently changed careers or experienced a shift in your relationship status? Are you a new mom carrying the weight of your family while trying to rediscover your purpose? Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the stress of daily tasks or struggling with boundaries and healthy relationships? Hi! My name is Holly Garmon, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. I empower adult women to build healthier relationships by overcoming the barriers that affect their self-esteem and outlook on life. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take those first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I approach my clients with compassion, warmth, and validation. I wholeheartedly believe you can work successfully toward your goals given a supportive, and a non-judgmental environment. I try to incorporate humor into each session and model the truest form of myself for my clients. I am a natural encourager and cheerleader. If you have had previous therapy, I am always eager to know what worked and what didn't work so I can best care for your needs.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
