I work with grief/loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, coping skills and boundaries, relationship and job stressors, life transitions, and general support. I am passionate about helping those in the "helping professions" and work with health professionals and first responders dealing with secondary trauma. Together, we will set goals to take the next steps toward feeling better. I am solution-focused and want my clients to set goals that develop a path for making the incremental changes needed. I offer an environment of safety and vulnerability so that insight can be gained. I am a listening ear, empathetic, and the push you may need to make the progress you want. I want to see you achieve your goals and get back to your life. It is my privilege to walk this journey with you, supporting you through the process and providing a safe environment so you can achieve your goals.
