Hello! My Name is Holly Rohring and I am excited to work with you! I have a passion for working with Teens, Adults, Couples, and Families. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Alabama and my Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Mid-America Christian University in Moore, OK. I have over 10 years of experience as an educator and have been working in the mental health field since 2018. I have worked with teens and families in PHP/IOP settings, providing me with experience in the following areas: Depression Anxiety Behavioral issues in teens Academic – School concerns Family dynamics Parent – child relationships Personality struggles Adjustment issues Christian Counseling Marriage Counseling Teen Counseling I have had the opportunity to serve survivors of trauma while utilizing Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral therapy, an evidence based form of CBT that targets trauma healing. Other areas of focus include: PHP/IOP step down, interpersonal conflict, parent coaching/support, self esteem, stress management, life coaching, and distress tolerance. Do you desire Christian Counseling or have faith questions? I am happy to incorporate this into your treatment at your request! My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to express themselves and reach their goals to live their life to the fullest! Specialized trainings used to support my couple clients include Gottman Level 1 and Gottman Treating Affairs and Trauma. I am CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS for in-person in Fort Worth – Keller and online – video counseling.
