Hello, my name is Hope! I'm excited to have the opportunity to travel beside you on this unique and personal journey. Are you struggling with having a space to share your innermost thoughts and concerns? Have you been feeling scared, confused, and possibly alone in your struggles? My goal is to provide that safe space, free of judgment, full of compassion and empathy. Congratulations on taking that first step toward self-empowerment and fulfillment! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. I enjoy working with teens and adults and bring over 10 years of experience in counseling and 20 years in the mental health field. My background includes intensive in-home counseling, inpatient settings, and conducting group therapy at a partial hospitalization program. My expertise lies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques, and Solution Focused Therapy. I focus on helping clients become more assertive in communication, challenge negative thoughts, and learn coping strategies to manage symptoms of anxiety. Together, we will identify your process patterns and seek to realign them with your true authentic self. Counseling can build a foundation for developing emotional, mental, and physical stability to create a well-balanced life. If you are ready to take the next step toward this rewarding goal, I am eager to begin this venture with you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

The hope is that each client will leave their session feeling heard and more empowered to face struggles and concerns that are interfering with living a fulfilling and productive life. I want clients to have tools readily available to proactively tackle challenges when they arise. Providing a caring, empathetic, and judgment free space for exploration of thoughts and feelings is my ultimate goal for each client.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
