My approach I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other skills-building approaches to help address unhealthy/unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. My approach is collaborative to create a space where you can feel supported as you set and work toward your goals. My focus Life can bring so many experiences that present space for support in response to anxiety, self-doubt, depression, and more. I work with clients of all ages, from teens trying to navigate social and emotional challenges, to adults working through life transitions, and older adults experiencing the unique challenges of aging. My communication style Clients have described me as calm, patient, and supportive, even noting that they sometimes hear my voice as they navigate challenges between sessions. When working with me, you can expect a conversation where my engagement is non-judgmental, active, and reflective. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to therapy is a result of my experiences with personal loss and my desire to help others feel strength through life's challenges. I truly believe we are not meant to do life alone, and I am honored to support clients as they navigate difficult times and situations.
