Life is not going as you planned. You are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and confused. You need someone to talk it over with and find solutions in a safe space. I'm here for that and so much more.
I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fresno Pacific University, which informs my practical and personal approach. You won't be overwhelmed because the way I work is to make the difficult, easy. It's not simple—there is a lot of work to be done—but we break it down into manageable steps. What can seem impossible is achieved through a step-by-step process. You will have my support and encouragement to succeed. Therapy is your work to be done; I will be your guide.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Each session should be both informative and inspiring. The tools given in each session have to be coupled with the encouragement and support to put those tools into action. Also, you will NEVER leave a session feeling judged or criticized. I want to hear every part of every story, no matter how embarrassing, because it's needed to craft the perfect plan to address it completely.
More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
