What is your typical process for working with clients?

I might start the session with a grounding exercise. Then, use reflective listening, Trauma-Focused CBT, process & mindfulness techniques to help manage emotions and treat trauma. I work towards increasing self-understanding and self-acceptance, empowering you to overcome obstacles and live a fulfilling life. I am employed by Process Therapy Institute.
