Getting to know Hugo Sibrian

My name is Hugo, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Counseling from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I have experience working with individuals across all stages of life, including adults overcoming issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, coaching, and family changes. I also have extensive experience with military life and the unique challenges it presents. As a therapist, I work with clients to identify their desires and empower them to make meaningful changes in their lives. I understand that deciding to seek help can be difficult, so I use a compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental approach to create an environment where you feel supported throughout your counseling journey. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a Metaphysical approach. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our first session will be a time for us to get to know each other, build rapport and find out what brings you to counseling. After the first visit, we will continue to build a safe relationship as well as explore our potential collaboration together.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
