I primarily use DBT and CBT modalities but integrate others to support each client's specific goals. My focus I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and in low to high acuity environments, including couples and families. I aim to be part of each client's team and support network to navigate life's challenges together. My journey to mental healthcare Becoming a therapist was a major life change. After 8-9 years in the high tech business world, I returned to school for counseling. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Counseling from Palo Alto University. I wanted to do something more meaningful and positively impact my communities. I love this work and find it fulfilling, even on hard days. My goals for you I take a collaborative approach to goal setting to ensure we're on the same team. These goals serve as our true north, guiding and focusing our time together.
