We all go through times in our lives when we experience anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and life changes. Therapy isn’t here to tell you what’s wrong with you or how to fix it. Life can be hard, and it’s helpful to have a non-judgmental ear—outside of your friends and family—to talk through life’s hurts and stressors. I have designed my online mental health practice to work with individuals who have a strong desire to be in therapy but find that time constraints, traffic, work/life balance, and family obligations make it difficult. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me to provide compassionate and effective support tailored to your unique needs.
