Every person experiences transitions in life, and I appreciate being a part of my clients’ growth while exploring how they have faced challenges in the past. I utilize a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to support change and development. I have tried therapy for years but could not find a therapist to fit my needs. India has helped me so much through these tough times and I am doing so much better with her help. I'm not 100% as new issues arise, but she is amazing!

India is the best fit for our needs. She sees us as human beings, and she has been great in framing our worries and growth opportunities with that context. We have felt very safe being "not ok" with India. We're confident that our marriage is back on solid footing because India took the time to help us grow past our hurdles and develop our marriage between two individual humans. We couldn't be more grateful to India. She will be our referral to all our friends in similar seats. THANK YOU INDIA!

I have truely enjoy therapy with India. I look forward to the time we have. Since the beginning she has been able to assist me with why I needed therapy. I have learned so much of myself throughout this process. I can truely say that she challanges me in ways I never thought possible. She has provided me with interventions that I know work but have never done them. What a blessing to have found someone who understands me and is genuine with me.
