Getting to know Ingrid Bornia

I work primarily with women who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, and have a history of trauma. My clients come to me when they have decided they want to process their trauma and heal from their past injuries. Trauma scars us, but it doesn’t have to define you. As a therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from Norfolk State University, I offer shadow work and evidence-based trauma therapy, using an eclectic approach to help my clients choose to grow from their pain and learn how to better manage their symptoms so they can be the best version of themselves.
