It is important to have a strong therapeutic relationship with your therapist and to feel that they are a good match for you. I want you to feel that therapy is a safe and non-judgmental place to share your thoughts and feelings. I believe that counseling should primarily be solution-focused to help you achieve your goals and begin to see improvement as soon as possible. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida International University and a PsyD from Breyer State Theology University, which equip me to provide compassionate and effective care tailored to your needs.
