I’m a compassionate and client-centered therapist with a unique background in both education and social work. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work as well as a Master’s degree in Education, which gives me a well-rounded understanding of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs across the lifespan. I have worked extensively in school settings, supporting children, adolescents, and families through academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and authenticity. My process typically begins with getting to know each client holistically—understanding their background, current challenges, strengths, and goals for treatment. From there, I collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans and use evidence-based interventions to support growth, healing, and lasting change. I value meeting clients where they are and helping them build practical tools they can apply in their everyday lives.
