Having earned her degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, shehas worked in a variety of settings including schools, substance abuse facilities, and psychiatric hospitals with individuals, couples and familiesof all backgrounds. She tailors her approach to clients' specific needs and seeks their feedback to ensure that they are getting what they want and need out of therapy. Some approaches she uses include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and motivational interviewing. Regardless of the modality, she always strives to provide an environment of compassion, empathy, openness and collaboration to encourage you to feel safe, supported and understood through life's inevitable changes and challenges. She serves as an ally who will work with you to recognize and build your strengths through hardships and realize your potential to live the life you want.
