I am a highly experienced and empathetic therapist that offers a holistic therapeutic approach in a straightforward, compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive environment. My approach integrates the mind, body and spirit. I work collaboratively with individuals to discard their unconscious, inauthentic self and move to a place of empowerment and balance. I focus on the effects that generational trauma, cultural/systemic oppression and environmental interactions have on the overall emotional well-being of children and families, adolescents, and adults. I hold a Bachelors of Science degree in Addiction Studies and a Masters of Art degree in Professional Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. My over 32 years working in the child welfare field provide insight in working with individuals with child welfare challenges. We specialize in substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our SAP certification offers those in DOT related industries the opportunity to return to duty while insuring the safety of the public.
