My name is Iryna.
I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist specializing in trauma, grief, depression and anxiety disorders, addictions, and couple therapy. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University. If you are seeking a perspective on the difficulties you are experiencing, please get in touch with me to schedule an appointment. While the initial step may be difficult and uncertain, it is often necessary. I treat my clients with dignity, respect, and professionalism. To create a non-judgmental environment, I accept my clients for who they are and meet them where they are in their lives. I support the development of self-determination and respect their privacy. I would like to be your therapist and work together to ease the pain or confusion you are currently experiencing, or ongoing struggles that may bother you from the past.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Iryna knows what she's doing. She involves me as an equal, competent partner in my own therapy. Unlike previous counselors, she remains fully present during therapy. She "gets" what I'm saying in a way that no other counselor ever has, and it not only comes from a place of clinical knowledge and insightful intelligence, but from a place of true, empathetic understanding. She is warm without overstepping. I like her direct, no BS style (don't worry - she's not rude or harsh about it), AND the fact that she takes me at my word when I answer her questions, instead of acting like I'm too unaware, uniformed, or unintelligent to know my own mind and emotions (as previous counselors have done). I'm hopeful that she can help me to resolve a lifetime of trauma so that I can THRIVE instead of just surviving.
