In the process of denying our experience, we may feel physical and emotional pain, which can lead to feeling powerless over our own thoughts and feelings. I utilize a holistic and individualistic approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment and value the importance of the therapeutic relationship so you can move forward with ease. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado. **I provide therapeutic services only; I do not prescribe medications.**
