Do you often find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, wanting to make changes but unsure of where to start? Do you struggle with feeling alone, misunderstood, and as if you do not belong? I see you as a unique person deserving of understanding, love, and respect. I utilize a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to help you reconnect with yourself and feel heard, cared for, and accepted for who you are. In our sessions, I prioritize creating an environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions, as healing begins with being truly heard, understood, and learning to love yourself. I hold a Master of Science in Education in Counseling from Northern Illinois University, which informs my compassionate and client-centered approach.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our sessions, we will work collaboratively on identifying and removing barriers to healing and healthy habit formation. We will work on increasing your self awareness and understanding the connection between your emotions, your mind, and your body by delving into mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, and identifying coping strategies. *I provide services only via telehealth.

You are not alone and you are worthy of love and belonging! I trust in your innate wisdom and capacity to change. My role is to support you in gaining insights, exploring new perspectives, and finding solutions that align with your values and goals.
