Getting to know Ivette Bledsoe

Hi there! I am Ivette :) Are you going through a tough time and having difficulty finding your footing? Are you finding yourself preoccupied with your thoughts and wondering how you might make it day-to-day? Challenging feelings and difficulty coping can have many different causes such as loss of a loved one, marriage, job, pregnancy, unresolved trauma, and so forth. Many times, compassionate processing and employing healthy coping strategies are needed to make sense of our feelings so we can move forward with healing. Healing is a very individual experience. Personal values, spiritual beliefs, cultural influences, and family traditions are different. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina, and in our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can make sense of your situation and move forward with a new and healthy perspective. I look forward to working with you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In each session I will provide compassionate listening and processing of feelings, interventions and strategies for coping. When appropriate, we will set goals for healing and discuss progress towards achieving these goals.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
