With over 10 years in this field, I've had the privilege of witnessing people grow, adapt, and persevere. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which has deepened my understanding of human potential. I am motivated by the capabilities we have as human beings. Therapy is just the spark and stepping stone to create that change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in creating a safe space and trust. I approach sessions with cultural humility, with the understanding that my norms may not be the norms of the client. Leading with curiosity and empathy to secure that safe space.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am empathetic and goal oriented, I approach therapy from a client-centered and trauma informed perspective. Working in a collaborative manner with clients to process difficult experiences, identifying their core beliefs and the unhelpful thinking styles that they may experience. Helping clients break free from beliefs and patterns that may no longer be serving them.
