Through client-centered therapy, I focus on the idea that growth and change are self-maintained. I approach therapy with empathy for my clients and unconditional positive regard, constantly working to create a positive and healing environment for you. As a first-generation Latina professional, my life has shaped me to maintain a nonjudgmental environment where we work together toward your changes. I genuinely feel I can connect with clients through my personal experiences while also maintaining multicultural competence, recognizing that the society we live in today is a salad bowl of people who share different ideas, beliefs, cultures, opinions, and thoughts than my own.
