My name is Jack Harari, and I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College and over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients facing depression, anxiety, adjusting to college life, career challenges, and medical illnesses. I'm writing to offer a review of my therapist, Jack Harari.
Jack is warm, respectful and kind. He very quickly created a safe and comfortable space for me. I've found it easy to open up to him, which makes our work together that much easier. And, I know I'm making progress. More so than with any other therapist I've seen. I'm extremely encouraged by my positive experience with Jack.

I have been a patient of Mr Harari since 2022. We meet weekly and work on CBT concepts as well as Schema Therapy for anxiety and depression. It’s very easy to open up to Mr Harari, and he is very deft at listening to my emotions and helping me get to the root of the matter with his different perspectives. He is always available on an emergency basis, and I like knowing that I could contact him in a crisis if I needed to. He has helped me decrease my anxiety, taught me so much about the root causes of my anxiety and given me so many tools to deal with the people and situations that cause anxiety. My mental health is probably the best it’s ever been due to our work together, and I look forward to continuing it
