Jackie Galvez, LCSW

Jackie Galvez, LCSW

Psychotherapist
FL
Hi! I'm Jackie. I received my master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Florida and California. I've worked in some of the most acute settings, including Los Angeles County jail and psychiatric crisis emergency rooms in Miami, so I have heard it all and seen it all! I have seen patients at their worst and have come to realize how important it is to have that therapeutic support in order to maintain health and wellness. It is truly amazing and inspiring to see the progress and turnaround that people can make in their lives. I see every patient as their own, and no one case is the same. Your treatment plan and the flow of our sessions will be uniquely adapted to your personal needs. I am here to support you and walk alongside you on your journey of change. I look forward to working with you!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
