I'm so glad you've found your way here. It can be scary to search for someone to talk to. You've made the brave decision to take the first step toward healing and becoming a more authentic and empowered version of yourself. My passion is helping adolescents and young adults feel seen and understood in their lives by working through anxiety, relationship difficulties, managing stress, and overcoming trauma. Educational/Professional Background: I received my MSW degree from the University of Southern California. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing in California, Colorado, Florida, and Texas. My experience in the mental health field spans across a variety of settings, including Wilderness Therapy, In-Home Therapeutic Services, Staff-Secured & Community-Based Residential Facilities, Group Homes for all ages; and now Private Practice.

I believe in a collaborative approach, where we work together to identify and address the unique barriers that may be keeping you stuck. In our sessions, I draw upon an eclectic and integrative approach rooted in compassion and warmth. I incorporate activities, mindfulness, and somatic work tailored to your specific needs in the moment. I truly look forward to walking with you on this path.
