My goal is to guide clients toward emotional healing, greater confidence, and more fulfilling relationships. My communication style My communication style is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I believe in creating a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. During our sessions, I listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and offer honest, supportive feedback. I strive to set a tone that is both calming and encouraging, helping you feel comfortable enough to explore difficult emotions while also feeling empowered to make positive changes. My journey to mental healthcare In 2018, I began counseling clients of all ages.
