With over 20 years in the field, being an element of change has been the focus of my career in Social Work. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support individuals and families effectively. I have spent a great deal of my career working with families in a state of crisis. I have learned that growth and change are achieved differently for each individual. Mental health can be a delicate subject to breach. I strive to be a catalyst to assist with this process in a way that is comfortable and consistent.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me, you can expect a confidential environment that is free of judgement. Through a collaborative effort, clients will be empowered and given tools to manage stress and achieve goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Counseling should be a safe place for a patient to feel, express and process through a plethora of emotions that arise due to life events. I strive to create this safe place! My process is encompassed in meeting the client where they are and empowering them to set and achieve goals at a pace that is attainable.
