Getting to know Jacqueline Gravell-O’Kane

The process to find and live the life you want can be difficult, I am here to help. Through our work together we will identify the obstacles in your path and design a treatment plan and goals to tackle them. I have worked with a wide range of diagnoses and clinical issues including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, couples counseling, addiction issues, codependency, trauma, family conflict, and psychosis. I also have extensive experience treating family members struggling to deal with the mental health issues of their loved ones. My style of therapy tends to be direct with respect. I truly believe that we have all of the answers we need, we just don't like them. I value the process to discover ways in which we create roadblocks for ourselves, creating the coping skills to break down those barriers and the Cognitive Behavioral processes to get out of our own way and move forward.
