I spent 18 years as a firefighter and EMT helping people with their physical wounds, and now my focus is on helping them heal their emotional ones. I earned my master's in counseling from Lewis and Clark College, where I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between the mind and body. My approach integrates trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative care techniques designed to support each individual's unique path to healing.
