“Jacqueline has been life changing. She incredibly insightful, and creates a space where it‚Äôs easy to be honest and grow. I came to therapy with a couple of goals, but I left with those goals and a completely new baseline for how I experience life. She made it so easy to be raw and real. I now have a better understanding of myself and look forward to living each day to the fullest. She helped me move from heartbreak to purpose, and I can‚Äôt recommend her highly enough.”

Getting to know Jacqueline Limon-Altindis

I love supporting people in their reconnecting with their true selves by uncovering what is beneath the layers of fear, trauma, and outside expectations. With a strong foundation in Psychology, I also guide my patients through spiritual practices like meditation and mindfulness, along with practical tools like breathing and relaxation techniques. Together, we'll shift limiting thoughts, build self-trust, and help you move from surviving to thriving. My approach Therapy with me is laid-back, supportive, and focused on getting to know YOU. Who you are, where you come from, and what you are going through. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, whether you're sitting on your couch, in bed, or holding a cup of coffee (like I usually am, too.) I'll ask you thoughtful questions, help you set goals, and guide you through the process, even if you are not sure where to start. Together, we'll look at how your past may still be affecting your present, explore your habits, and find ways to make meaningful changes. I'll meet you where you're at, always honoring your pace. I'll also help you recognize your strengths (they're there, I promise), and reflect on what's working, not just what's hard. There's also a spiritual element to the work. Healing often means learning to surrender and let go of fear, and that requires faith in something greater. I see myself as a channel for that guidance. Whether or not you follow a religion, we can incorporate spirituality in a way that supports your growth and helps you reconnect with your true self. My focus I work with adults of all ages who are navigating life transitions, identity shifts, or simply feeling lost about their next steps. Often, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem show up when we are not in alignment with who we truly are. I help clients explore how their past may still be influencing their present, while also building confidence, clarity, and direction moving forward.
