Are you looking for a safe environment to increase self-awareness and personal empowerment? My goal as a clinician is to create space for you to learn about your emotions and thoughts, and to explore your circumstances and strengths to build on. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University and have worked in Private Practice, residential facilities, and outpatient psychiatric settings. I am dedicated to building a collaborative counseling relationship that fosters self-understanding and growth, guiding you toward more rational ways of thinking and new coping skills such as DBT techniques that promote healthier balance. My counseling approach is primarily compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering, based on cognitive-behavioral and person-centered therapy. I value individual differences and the importance of exploring each unique story. I am also competent to provide counseling services for Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking clients. My current caseload is about 60-70 sessions per week. Please email or text me anytime to schedule, as the availability listed on the website may not be accurate.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
