Together, we will work to move past obstacles so you can take steps to achieve your goals. When you work with me, you'll find a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can speak openly. I accept you as you are and realize that you are not defined by your diagnosis. Although mental health challenges can be disruptive, you can absolutely get better. I use evidence-based therapy to help you learn how to manage symptoms and improve your overall well-being and quality of life. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My specialties include working with individuals experiencing ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Life transitions, PTSD, Psychosis/Schizophrenia, OCD, Anxiety, and Trauma. Additionally, I offer SonderMind Video Telehealth services to provide flexible and accessible care.
