I received a text stating that I would get an email for my video appt. As of my appt time, I still did not receive an email. I called, no answer, left a message, a never received a call back. Very unprofessional. I took a half day at work, and never was contacted by the doctor. If there was an issue, she could’ve contacted me and made that clear. But instead, there was zero respect for my time and needs from the doctor.
