Whether you’re seeking clarity, coping skills, or a place to process what you’re going through, my goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment where meaningful change feels possible. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen resilience, and create a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
