I'll support you through unlimited chat messaging and scheduled video calls throughout this journey. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition to being a therapist, I am also an approved Clinical Supervisor and Certified Health Coach with a strong foundation in Motivational Interviewing, assessment, and crisis intervention. I am skilled at helping those living with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and women's issues. In my free time, I can be found running and enjoying comedy and music performances.
