I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker who believes meaningful healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where children, teens, and families can show up as they are and navigate life’s challenges without fear of judgment, while building trusting, authentic connections.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. I meet each client where they are, tailoring my work to their unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, build coping skills, and feel more confident navigating challenges. Through my experience in school-based and community settings, I’ve supported clients navigating emotional, behavioral, social, and academic concerns. I take a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, creating a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and supported in their growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
