What should a new client know about working with you?

If you’re part of the LGBTQIA+ community and are craving a more authentic, aligned life, you’re in the right place. I work with people who are tired of performing, hiding, or shrinking themselves to fit into someone else’s idea of who they should be. Together, we’ll explore what it means to live in congruence, where your inner truth and outer life reflect one another. Whether you’re navigating gender, sexuality, identity, or simply want to feel more grounded in who you are, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain or justify, just be. Healing begins when you feel seen, and I’m here to walk with you on that journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our work together, I keep things casual and human. I believe therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or overly clinical to be effective. I meet you where you are, and I talk with you, not at you. I normalize your experiences, helping you see that you’re not alone or broken for feeling what you feel. We’ll name things without judgment and bring compassion to the hard stuff. I also hold space for you. That means you can show up however you are: messy, angry, confused, joyful, numb, and I’ll be right there with you, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and real. My goal is to empower you. I’m not here to fix you, I’m here to support you as you reconnect with your own wisdom, strength, and voice. You’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
