I hold a Master's in Social Work from Smith College, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. My approach My therapeutic approach is warm, authentic, and adaptable to each client's unique needs and goals. I create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploring identity, emotions, and experiences. Using both psychodynamic and evidence-based practices, I support clients in building self-awareness, resilience, and self-acceptance. Together, we'll work toward meaningful changes that help you feel more present, connected, and empowered. My focus I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and self-doubt, as well as those struggling with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and self-esteem. I'm especially passionate about supporting individuals with racial, gender, and cultural identity challenges, and those facing relationship or life transition issues. My approach is well-suited for clients who feel pressure to be “strong” or “in control” but may feel unseen or overwhelmed. I aim to provide a compassionate space for exploring these complex areas and fostering growth and resilience.
