I specialize in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapies, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential approaches, Substance Use Disorders/Addiction counseling, and other modalities tailored to your needs. My graduate work was in both clinical psychology and counseling, earning my Master's in Counseling from Texas A&M University. I also address Behavioral Problems and Maladaptive Behaviors that arise from unhealthy coping mechanisms, teaching clients healthier replacement behaviors and coping skills. My focus I work with people dealing with trauma, toxic relationships, codependency, anxiety, depression, apathy, lack of motivation, substance abuse/addiction, insecurity, and adjustment to life issues. I understand, and I see you. I am ready to help you! My communication style Insight versus Awareness! Solution-Focused! When you come to me, I will help you gain insight into your issues along with honest, real, and logical solutions and interventions.
