I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker who supports children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. Drawing from evidence-based practices, crisis assessment experience, and a family-centered perspective, I help clients build healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional well-being, and develop confidence in themselves and their abilities. My approach is grounded in meeting each client where they are, recognizing their unique strengths, and providing individualized support that fosters growth, resilience, and lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
