“I chose Jamie because I was embarking on a weight loss journey and saw that she dealt with eating disorders - although I don't have one, I want to heal my relationship with food, and she's been great for helping me change my mindset on that. But beyond that, she's helped me to go outside of my comfort zone regarding relationship issues with family members, which has lead to relationship improvements and she continues to encourage me to focus on myself and making positive changes.”

Getting to know Jamie Littleton

Many of my clients are women who appear strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. You may be struggling with high-functioning depression, relationship anxiety, or the pressure to hold everything together while quietly feeling stuck or burned out. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to be the strong one, where you can slow down, understand yourself, and start to feel relief. I specialize in working with women navigating eating disorders, trauma, caregiver burnout, and the lasting impact of difficult family relationships. Many of my clients are adult daughters of emotionally complicated or challenging parents who are learning to set boundaries, heal old wounds, and break patterns that no longer serve them. I also work with clients who struggle with relationship anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling “not good enough” despite being capable and successful. My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. Together we work to understand patterns, reduce anxiety, and build tools you can use in everyday life. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is both compassionate and honest, and who helps them make real progress, not just talk about problems. Therapy with me is a space where you can be fully yourself while working toward meaningful change. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to grow, we will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Um so happy to have found Jaime!!
Jamie always makes sure she understands my thoughts and feelings and offers great advice. We always laugh a lot and I feel better every single time I talk to her.
Jaime is very good at listening and helping find solutions to be better effective with my emotional regulation and decision-making at my very stressful job.
Jaimie is an excellent therapist. She has established a very safe space for me to share my deepest thoughts and concerns and accepts them with open arms. She isn't fast to suggest action but only provides when that door is opened by me. This is something I really like!
What I love about my therapist is she listens.
