Getting to know Jamula Taylor

I am Jamula (Jamalah) Taylor, an LMFT with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree from Lane College. I have worked with many adults from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing homelessness and prison inmates. I pursued this career path to help others like myself, my friends, and my family obtain the support they need. I understand that seeking help can be difficult and scary, especially when you don't know where to start. I want to acknowledge that recognizing you may need or want help is the first step-one that many do not take-so great job! I specialize in working with adults facing depression, anxiety, codependency, stress, and domestic violence. My approach is calming and can be laid back when necessary. I am not the expert in your life; I am a supporter. I like to think of myself as a member of your team, here to help you reach your goal of becoming a better you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
